I took this picture (and video) while walking all FOUR dogs myself while waiting for Shando had a work meeting.  A woman walked by and asked me if I was a professional dog walker!

Albany, California is a tiny town between El Cerrito and Berkeley, California.  The “bulb” is a bulb-shaped landfilled peninsula which had been a hippy colony for a while, from what I understand.
